The Bay Area Arabic School is a community based school that provides Arabic language instruction to children by teaching Arabic language literacy and conversation. The school's purpose is to educate students about Arabic language, culture and heritage, to promote the spirit of friendship among the students and their families, to build a positive and supportive community of students and families, and to offer separate, optional Islamic Religion instruction.

Instruction is offered on a weekly basis on Sundays during the academic year from September through May. Classes are available to any child who wishes to learn Arabic language and / or Islamic religion.

Classes are held in the Cubberley Community Center in Palo Alto.

The Bay Area Arabic School is pleased to announce registration for the 2012-2013 school year. Please follow the Apply link in the left hand navigation to register. Classes begin on 9/9/2012 at 10 am. Please arrive at 9:30 am to complete the registration procedures in room C5.
